          I Verify Their Income, Rental History, Employment and Backround

         Once I Have All Of Their Information I Will Call To Discuss It With You

                                             ONCE THEY ARE APPROVED:

                  They Will Come In With A Cashiers Check Or Money Order

                               It Will Include, One Month's Security

                                                       One Month's Rent

                                                       A $50.00 Key Fee

                                                      A Pet Deposit (if they have pets)

I Am Available For Emergency's On The Rentals 24/7. I Can Also Set Your Property Up On Monthly Service For Landscaping,Cleaning,Checking Air Filters or Smoke Detector Batteries Ect.
